Escaroth Marlborough Pinot Noir, Blank Canvas, has a pale-ish bricky colour. It has good intensity, a chicory note and blood orange on the nose. On the palate it has a core of sweet summer fruit, with some good raspberry pippy-ness, and nice grip on the end and a savoury bunchy finish. Despite having just 12.5% abv, it has lovely weight and a good mouthfeel.
