Penderyn Legend Single Malt Welsh Whisky is matured in specially reserved ex-bourbon casks made from American Oak, before receiving a further maturation in oak barriques that have previously held Madeira wine, to develop a harmonious single malt whisky with a subtle but sophisticated character and soft golden hues. Aromas of fresh apples and citrus fruits intermingle with cream fudge and sultana raisins in the nose to create a complex yet fresh, clean and well balanced whisky. An incredibly smooth taste, with both fresh and rich dried fruits. Delicate and sweet on the palate with just a hint of bitterness to remain refreshing, then slowly presents a long finish leaving an aftertaste of Madeira cake and sultanas.

Penderyn, Madeira Cask Finish Single Malt Welsh Whisky has a nose of classic freshness with aromas of cream toffee, rich fruit and raisins. There is a crisp and finely rounded palate with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness. On the finish there are notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla persist with a balance of oaky vanilla tones and dry sweetness.

Penderyn Portwood Finish Single Malt Welsh Whisky has in initially been aged to almost full maturation in specially selected ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky. Additional maturation follows in the finest Portuguese ex-port barriques, imparting typically smooth and fruity flavours from this iconic fortified wine. A rich blush colour with copper hues, this whisky delights with a syrupy Port character and notes of milky coffee and dark chocolate on the nose. In the taste, top notes of fresh strawberry and cream toffee come through first, complemented by vanilla, with dates, raisins and jam emerging. A lingering, sweet finish of honey and sticky treacle ensure this whisky is memorable long.
