Paranga Red, Ktima-Kir-Yianni has charming aromas of red forest-fruits and cherry are enhanced with subtle notes of rose petals. The palate shows balance, a round mouthfeel, soft tannins and a long, aromatic aftertaste. Light and spicy with refreshing acidity and mild tannins. Food Matching: A match to pasta, meat, as well as vegetarian dishes and barbequed foods.
Paranga White, Ktima Kir-Yianni, has intense but refined muscat aromas of jasmine, white peach and apricot, typical of a high-quality Malagousia, are pleasantly balanced by the freshness of a mountainous Roditis adding a crispy acidity and zest to the final blend. The lingering fruity aftertaste underpins the intense flavor and highlights a wine with an enchanting character. Kali Riza Xinomavro Vielle Vignes PDO Amyndeaon has a ruby red colour with bronze hues. Aromas of cherries, wild strawberries and sweet spices on the nose. Complex flavours of red fruits, tomatoes, olives, cinnamon and herbal hints on the palate with pronounced acidity, which balances with the ample body. Long finish. A very elegant Xinomavro, typical of its origin. Food Matching: Pairs ideally with meat cooked in tomato sauce, charcuterie, wild mushroom risotto, stewed peppers with cheese or ground beef, meat pies, grilled cheese.
Ramnista Xinomavro, Ktima Kir-Yianni has aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose petals, combined with spicy notes, tomato, olive tapenade, tobacco box, sweet spices and vanilla.
