Madame Merseguera, Bodegas Volver, Valencia is pale and fruity. Great finesse and balanced acidity, which ends up leaving a taste with an almond bottom in the mouth.
Madame Bobalu, Bodegas Volver, Valencia, 2022
Madame Bobalu, Bodegas Volver, Valencia is produced using the Bobal grape which is grown in a limestone / clay soil in 25 year old vineyards and then matured for 6 months in French oak barrels. What this achieves is a wine with a deep cherry colouring, with notes of of ripe delicate fruit. On the tongue it’s powerfully fruity in taste recalling the taste of dark fruits. Pairs excellently with red meats or fatty fish.
El Circo Macabeo Blanco has a pale yellow colour with greenish hues. The wine has a nice fruity bouquet with citrus and tropical fruits. It is full-bodied and has excellent balance and a very pleasant finish full of lime, banana and pineapple.
El Circo Garnacha Tinto is ruby red incolour with purple hues. It has intense aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherries and strawberries followed by a touch of warm soft spice. On the palate, it has smooth, firm tannins with good acidity and a very fruity finish.

Pinot Noir Crianza, Bodegas Enrique Mendoza, Alicante has been aged for ten months in new, and one month in old, French oak, giving it an intense ruby red colour with orange edges. On the nose it is smoky with hints of strawberries, while on the palate it has good tannins and structure, plenty of rich red fruit and a persistent finish.
Txakoli, Bodega Agerre has a light spritz and displays aromas of green apples and lemons. On the palate it is light, crisp and dry with lots of refreshing acidity, characteristic of traditional style Txakoli. The finish is fruity and delicate.
