There\'s a complex, dry nut and burnt orange tang, with plenty of acidity that is well integrated and balanced. Very tangy and mouth-watering despite a certain richness. Dry and crisp with an elegant nuttiness from oak cask ageing. An ideal aperitif, best served chilled with fresh roasted nuts such as almonds.
