Gonzalez Byass Cuatro Palmas Sherry is an extremely rare forty year old sherry. Drawn in tiny quantities from six casks known as ‘Museo Solera’. Deep in colour, intense on the nose with a rich and nutty taste. Bone dry and yet richly textured with tremendous length. Rounded texture, intensity without excess.
