Discovery Bourbon Balblair 12 yrs Highland Single Malt Whisky has the distillery\'s trademark honeyed and fruity character amplified by American oak ex-bourbon casks. A palate of stewed apples and poached pears in drizzled honey, nose of grassy barley, vanilla pod, butterscotch and mint with a finish of lemon, black liquorice and more vanilla.

Deanston 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the new, relaunched 12 year old, this single malt has been bottled at a slightly higher proof, negating the necessity for chill-filtration and as such retaining more of its original charm. A lovely dram from the Deanston distillery.
Tomatin 10yrs 2009 Caribbean Rum Finish Limited Edition has all the flavours of soft tropical fruit, mocha and salted caramel rounded off with a sweet, lingering finish.
Tullibardine The Murray 2017 Edition, Single Malt Whisky is from Tullibarine\'s Marquess Collection which is matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels. Following its maturation (this one was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2017), The Murray is bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or additional colours. A nose of soft vanilla and fresh summer berries, with light notes of savoury pastry underneath. The palate is still sweet and juicy, now with some earthy oak in support. There are hints of beeswax and orange peel on the finish.

The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve, Highland Single Malt Whisky is a special assemblage of whisky matured in American White oak ex bourbon barrels and finessed by aged Tawny port pipes, hand selected from W&J Grahams vineyard in Portugal. Aromas of sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits and sticky toffee puddings. On the palate there are nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts and java coffee. the finish is of sultanas, Sanguinello blood oarnges and macerated cherries.
Tullibardine 20 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling. It has a nose with Cocoa butter and allspice, notes of vanilla creamy and candy floss. Manuka honey. There is a honeyed, malty palate with vanilla and mixed spices. Orange blossom honey, allspice and pepper. Long finish with gingerbread and porridge oats on the tail. Rich, malty and spiced.
The Dalmore 15 Year Old Single Malt Highland Whisky is a robust yet elegant malt Whisky, aged for 12 years in American White oak ex bourbon casks then a three year finish in three different sherry woods, including Apostoles,Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso. An aroma of orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate has mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apple. The finish notes are caramalised orange and rich dark chocolate.

Ardmore 1997 Connoisseurs Choice Single Malt Whisky has been matured in a single refill hogshead for 21 years before being bottled in February 2019. Soft, smoky aromas mingle with brown sugar and honey roasted peanuts while the palate intially offers sweet apricot jam and lemon zest notes. The peat smoke retuns in gentle rolling waves while notes of cloudy apple juice and a salty edge linger in the finish.
Tullibardine 25 Years Old Highland Single Malt Whisky is typically malty, creamy, slightly spicy. A very smooth profile, with acacia honey, yellow plums and dried apricots, as well as soft spicy notes on the nose. A little vanilla. Scented candles. Fruit cake. Really elegant. The palate has similar elegance, now more on oranges (both fresh juice and bitter marmalade) and apple peelings. Golden raisins. Then a slightly dry nuttiness, mellow spices and some toasted oak. Rather silky and thin, but that’s fine. Long, half fruity, half spicy finish. Some drying oak now. Balance is key. This is a nicely aged whisky, with a subtle sherry influence and balanced oak.
Macallan Edition No 6, Single Malt Whisky is inspired by the picturesque landscape that surrounds Macallan distillery. Matured in a combination of European and American oak hogsheads and butts, this is a fruity, spicy single malt with notes of fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, toffee, and vanilla on the palate, with hints of oak spice lingering in the finish.
A Limited Release 2018, finished in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and features aromas of golden honey, white chocolate and soft tropical fruits. On the palate a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy buttered vanilla mingle in an explosion of sensational mixed spices which add an incredible depth and unbelievable layer of richness.
