Lochlea Sowing Edition 3rd Crop, Single Malt Whisky is matured in 100% 1st-fill Bourbon Barrels, it is a year older than the 2nd Crop, has more weight in the spirit and was distilled at the coldest time of year so there are lovely fresh crisp notes in comparison to spirit produced in the warmer months. The whisky shows honey-roasted almonds, apple blossom and piney, grassy flavours. The signature Lochlea fruit and cereal notes, with a fresh twist for Spring!.
