Chateau Malartic Lagraviere, Grand Cru Classe, Pessac Leognan,The color is intense, deep red with hints of violet, with a nose that is powerful, complex, rich, extremely elegant, refined and very deep. Various notes of red fruit (blackcurrants, raspberries). Concentrated, pure nose, with a smokiness and a minerality that istypical of this wine. A smooth, rich, full-bodied attack. The palate is distinguished and elegant, with refined tannin structure. The same aromatic profile as the nose develops, with intense fruit, lovely minerality and pleasant smoky notes. The palate has superb length and supple tannins, making Château Malartic-Lagravière 2012 already very accessible, while developing a complexity that suggests it will improve further with age.
A big, juicy, voluptuous red with intense aromas of cherry and chocolate. Pure, rich and concentrated with a velvety tannic finish, A dense ruby/purple color is followed by a sweet nose of high class cigar tobacco intermixed with smoke, minerals, black currants, and vanilla. In the mouth, it is dense, medium to full-bodied, with superb richness, purity, and overall harmony. Really kicks in on the fresh, bright finish.
Oloroso Sherry 30 Years Old, Bodegas Tradicion An imposing Oloroso, dry and full bodied. Very aromatic withchestnuts, seaweed, chocolate and tea leaf. Palo Cortado Sherry 30 Years Old, Bodegas Tradicion This is a rare and limited bottling of only 800 bottles. The flavours are a cross between Amontillado and Oloroso with the rancio character being dominate on the palate overlaid with hazelnut, toffee and just a touch of sweetness. A powerfully long aftertaste of hazelnut and toffee with rancio flavours persisting.

Taylor\'s Vintage Port Wine 1985, A good intensity of colour with more impressive thick, oily legs. The nose has rich black fruit with spice and a hint of cigar-box. A smooth, rich palate, with good fruit and obvious alcohol which retains a fiery presence. Finishes well but still needs time,
Noval 40 Year Old Tawny Port, Quinta do Noval is a light amber colour. Extremely rich and complex nutty bouquet reminiscent of mint and almonds. Full bodied, sweet and intensely fruity, delivering vibrant orange zest, dried mango, apricot compote and baked apple flavours that are plush, well-structured and long. Notes of sage and honey mark the mineral-infused finish that belies its age.
A \'Super Tuscan\', Cabernet Sauvignon & Sangiovese. Thick black fruits, notes of cranberries and damsons. A beautifully crafted wine and a former international red wine of the year. Saturated ruby streaked with dark purple. The rich flavours lurking in the full-bodied palate precisely reflect the nose and finish long with ripe, yet tongue-clenching tannins.
Chateau Climens 1er Grand Cru Classe Sauternes-Barsac 1989 has an expressive nose which opens to show floral, herbal and vanilla notes as well as a pungent minerally quality. Very sweet but very suave, with fresh but perfectly integrated acidity serving to frame and intensify the superb, mineral-and-citric fruit. The harmoniousness of this wine is truly striking. Chateau Pontet-Canet, Pauillac, France is an outstanding wine. This impeccably run, biodynamically farmed estate of Alfred Tesseron goes from strength to strength. The 2012 triumphs once again with its notes of dark plum, blackcurrant, licorice and almost a hint of truffle, its full-bodied, supple tannins, and beautiful, expensive mouthfeel. Complex and deep, this dense ruby/purple-colored wine may not be at the level of the 2009 or 2010, but it is a successful wine in this vintage, and a significant wine in 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2017-2035.
