Kali Riza Xinomavro Vielle Vignes PDO Amyndeaon has a ruby red colour with bronze hues. Aromas of cherries, wild strawberries and sweet spices on the nose. Complex flavours of red fruits, tomatoes, olives, cinnamon and herbal hints on the palate with pronounced acidity, which balances with the ample body. Long finish. A very elegant Xinomavro, typical of its origin. Noble One Botrytis Semillon, Dessert Wine,De Bortoli Wines, Half Bottle is Medium gold colored, De Bortoli’s 2008 Noble One gives a youthfully mute, moderately intense nose of orange blossom, clover honey, jasmine, apricot preserves and dried pineapple chunks. The palate is incredibly concentrated and sweet (231 grams per liter of residual sugar) with layers of tropical fruit and honeyed flavors well refreshed by very crisp acid and going into a very long finish. Delicious now, it will reward cellaring over the next 2-10 years and drink to 2022+,
Quinta do Noval Unfiltered late Bottled Vintage 2012 is a remarkable example of the Noval style. Treated exactly like a Vintage Port with only noble grape varieties from the Quinta, trodden by foot and unfiltered. Its main difference is that it is aged for four, sometimes five years in wooden vats instead of the two years typical of Vintage Ports. Definitely an LBV with a difference, with fine structured tannins, great freshness and purity of fruit. It is delicious to drink today, but will age beautifully in its bottle.

Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, Balnaves, Australia is deep rich red in colour, the nose is intense with aromas of ripe cassis, liquorice, and some spicy leather notes, combined with fine smoky French oak. The palate is solid and structured with a fine tannin finish.
De Bortoli Black Noble Dessert Wine, De Bortoli Winery, De Bortoli owns estate vineyards in Riverina, Hunter Valley, and Yarra Valley and produces several tiers of dry table wines in addition to their sweet and fortified dessert wines, When the botrytised Semillon grapes are being harvested for Noble One, a parcel of fruit at approx 20-22 baume is selected to produce the Black Noble intense and ripe botrytis flavours. Very little fermentation occurs before fortification with a neutral grape spirit is added to inhibit any further fermentation. Black Noble is then clarified, a touch of brandy spirit added for further complexity before being transferred into used Noble One barriques. Hints of toffee and coffee with raisins and mandarin peel. Unique and delicious, rich raisin and dried date fruit with hints of citrus peel, toffee and caramel flavours. Concentrated and viscous with lingering aged complexity.

Chateauneuf du Pape, Chateau Gigognan is a lovely blend made selected from Syrah and Grenache from 40 year old vines, shows maturity, character and elegance, very complex on the nose, red fruits, aromas and some spices, soft roundeness with a very long finish,
Clos Jebsal Pinot Gris Vendage Tardive Domaine Zind Humbrecht is rich and florally, an excellent warm rounded wine with hints of apricots, lemon, marzipan and honey,
Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV Champagne the texture is full and generous and, in a fairly unexpected way, integrates characteristics of maturity associated with fruitier and more refreshing notes. The wine has a fresh festive finesse, and in the mouth, the wine has structure, richness and length. Will pair well with shellfish or meat and fish terrines.
