Sancerre 'Les Culs De Beaujeu', Domaine Pierre Martin has a touch of lemon citrus on the nose, the palate shows some steely precision and has superb acidity to complement the elegant and well balanced minerality and notes of quince and white blossom over a hint of toasted hazelnuts. Hand harvested Sauvignon grapes and barrel fermentation with some ageing on the lees.
