Gasper Pinot Grigio, Goriska Brda, Slovenia is a modern fresh style. It is fermented in stainless steel and is aromatic with pear and white flowers on the nose with refreshing grapefruit on the palate. The Goriska Brda region, cast midway between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea is perfect for the production of Pinot Grigio. The hillside vineyards planted on the marl soil called "opoka" create a deep, mineral rich and delicious type of Pinot Grigio.
