Ayala Majeur Blanc de Blancs Vintage Champagne, 2010 has a light gold colour, bright, fine with abundant bubbles. The nose senses a generosity of white peach and exotic fruits like mango and lychee. The white fruits are well focused and have great depth on the palate with a finish that is fine and delicate and offers rare length and aromatic concentration. The purity of its aromatic character maks Blanc de Blancs the perfect aperitif, but will also pair well with white fish, shellfish and soft creamy cheeses.
