Ayala Majeur Rose NV Champagne has a delicate cherry hue and the mousse is very fine and persistent. The nose displays aromas of red fruits like strawberries and cherries with nuances of spice. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh and well balanced. It has a rich, lasting finish with flavours of ripe red gooseberry and raspberry lingering in the the background. Goes well with most dishes, perhaps less with dark or red meat.
