Grappa di Moscato Giallo, Bruno Pilzer, grapes are from vineyards situated in the lower Val di Cembra and the Adige Valley in Trentino. The fresh, unfermented Moscato Giallo marc arrives at the distillery. The grape marc is then fermented. For the distillation, the still is heated gradually in order to retain as much of the character of the grape as possible. The grappa is then held in tank at a high alcohol level until just before bottling in order to retain its freshness. Delicate with an aromatic, fresh grapey nose with a hint of spice. Intense on the palate with a long finish.
