Chairman's Reserve Rum Forgotten Casks, St Lucia, A limited release from casks laid down in unusual places following a fire at the distillery and only found recently Rich dark gold mahogany colour. Wonderfully intense nose of sweet raison, sultana and hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate intense with sweet honeyed fruit and spices giving a wonderfully balanced and complex rum.
