The grapes are harvested by hand only in the morning and are sorted three times after a first selection in the vineyard. Soft crushing and slow fermentation then six months maturation in French Oak barriques. Truely superb flavours with a full long lengthy finish. From the same stable as Whispering Angel. A very special wine.
