Nierstein Hipping Riesling Auslese, Louis Guntrum 2015 was one of the great vintages and produced ripe-tasting, full-flavoured wines with a remarkable aptitude for ageing. This German riesling is sweet yet refreshing with a lovely balance. The combination of old vines giving concentration, frighteningly steep slopes falling to the banks of the Rhine and the red sandstone soil all contribute to this poised wine.
