Box Quercus 1 Robur Single Malt Swedish Whisky was the first release in the Quercus series from Box Distillery, Sweden, a range of whiskies created to explore different cask types and how it affects the whisky matured within. Robur, an unpeated malt, was initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred and matured for a further 7 months in Quercus Robur virgin oak casks. Bottled September 2017 at 50.8% vol.
