Oloroso Faraon VORS Sherry Hidalgo Aged And Rare Range has been aged for over thirty years in the cask and is deep, rich and very complex. The wonderful nose is full of toasted walnuts and the palate has intense flavours of baked nuts, oak and hints of dried orange peel. Surprising acidity with a long and powerful finish. Food pairings include duck and most game, also strong cheeses such as mature cheddar.
