Leopold Gourmel "Age du Fruit" 10 Carats Cognac XO has been aged on its fine lees to increase intensity and complexity, and is then matured in fine-grain Allier oak casks. The colour is medium gold with discrete aromas of almonds and fresh flowers. On the palate it has flavours of preserved fruits, citrus, apricot and peaches. The finish picks-up notes of vanilla, toffee and warm sweet spices.
