Colonel Fox is a London Dry Gin which is made to a unique recipe discovered by a Lieutenant Colonel Fox in 1859. The Colonel was a celebrated war hero, and today his name lives on in the form of this fabulous gin, flavoured with juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, liquorice and bitter orange peel. It offers up rich, crisp aromas of juniper and mixed herbs with some tropical fruit in the background. It's a tangy, earthy palate entry with oily juniper, allspice and star anise. Also detected is a touch of ginger with a herbal and citrus finish,
