Cremant De Bourgogne Blanc De Blanc Jaffelin, Burgundy has aromas of nuts, brioche and golden apples. When young it is quite pale, taking on golden or straw-colored tints with the years. Very pleasant with citrus and flower notes, evolving to buttery and brioche notes with age. Very fresh and lively.
