The red wines are made from Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Cabernet franc (10%) and reflects the typical trilogy of Bordeaux varietals. The red wine is rich and fruity and has a tanicity which is particularly well balanced. The elegance and balance continues to please when the wine touches ones mouth. For the white wines we have a blend of Sauvignon (70%), Sémillion (25%) and Muscadelle (5%), which gives the final wine great delicacy and a prestigious bouquet. This white wine has much finesse and a remarkable long lingering aftertaste.
