Each varietal is fermented separately in closed tanks at a low temperature to preserve the freshness and the aromas of the grapes. Then, the winemaker blends the varietals and carries out a second fermentation process in temperature controlled tanks to produce a fruity and refreshing sparkling. It makes a clean, aromatic and dry sparkling wine of a great quality. Brilliant and pale gold with fine bubbles. Delicate nose with floral aromas. It reveals green apple, pears and ripe melon aromas on the palate. It is rounded, well-balanced with a soft mousse. The finish is crisp, clean on mineral notes with a hint of dry fruits.
